Yes, completely free for customers. Browsing, searching, and viewing listings costs nothing.

Do I need an account to find a salon?

No account needed to browse or contact businesses. Create an account if you want to save your favourite places.

How do I book an appointment?

Some businesses accept online bookings directly through BuukMark. For others, you can call them using the number on their listing. If a business shows a 'Book now' button, online booking is available.

What does the verification badge mean?

Businesses earn verification badges by confirming their email, phone number, or Estonian Business Register number. The highest badge — 'Business Registered' — means the business has been verified against the official Estonian Business Register.

Can I leave a review?

Reviews are coming soon. For now, you can save your favourite businesses to your account.

How much does it cost to list my business?

Listing your business is completely free. There's no subscription or setup fee for a basic listing with services, hours, and photos.

How do I get the verified badge?

Go to your dashboard and click 'Verify business'. You can verify via email (free), SMS (small cost), or your Estonian Business Register number (free). Each adds a trust badge to your listing.

Can I accept online bookings?

How do I edit my listing?

Sign in to your dashboard at buukmark.com/login, then go to 'Edit listing'. You can update your details, upload photos, set opening hours, and manage your services at any time.

What if someone else has claimed my business?

Click 'Not the owner? Report an issue' on the listing page and submit a dispute. We'll investigate and transfer ownership to the verified owner.

How do I delete my listing?

Go to Dashboard → Edit listing, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Delete listing'. This permanently removes all data.
