BuukMark is a directory and booking platform for beauty and wellness businesses in Estonia. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for consumers to discover them. We are not a party to any booking or service agreement between a business and a customer.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including services, prices, and opening hours. Listings must represent a real, lawfully operating business. BuukMark reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain false information.
Listings must not contain false or misleading information, illegal content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights. Attempting to claim a business you don't own is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Verification badges indicate that a business has completed one or more verification steps. Verification does not constitute an endorsement by BuukMark or a guarantee of service quality.
Consumer accounts allow you to save favourite listings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Business owners retain rights to photos and content they upload. By uploading content, you grant BuukMark a licence to display it on the platform. BuukMark's own branding and platform code are its intellectual property.
BuukMark provides the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by listed businesses, for any disputes between businesses and customers, or for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
